4 scoops ice cream, slightly softened
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or sprinkles

Steps

Tap a step when it’s done to keep your place.

1Let the ice cream soften 5 minutes, until a scoop flattens without cracking.
2Set a scoop on one crisp and press it to 3/4 inch with the back of a spoon. A tall round scoop squeezes out the sides of a thin crisp.
3Top with a second crisp and press until the ice cream reaches the edges.
4Roll the edges in chips or sprinkles.
5Repeat with the remaining crisps and ice cream.
6Wrap and freeze at least 1 hour, until firm.
