Our waffles are made in the old tradition, using only the finest ingredients like Belgian pearl sugar, non-GMO flour, rBST free milk and butter, Belgian dark chocolate, and with NO artificial ingredients, preservatives, additives, colors or flavors. We bake our waffles according to the highest quality production standards in BRC and Halal certified facilities
(we have Kosher options, too).

Medium (60g/2.12oz) and Large (90g/3.175 oz) sized Liege Chocolate Chip Waffles are available in all types of packaging, including: Individually Wrapped (IW), Pre-Baked Bulk Pack, Frozen Dough, Freezer Packs, and Private Label.
All of our Chocolate Chip waffles are made from the same high quality all-natural ingredients, including non-GMO flour, rBST free milk and butter, whole Belgian pearl sugars, Belgian dark chocolate, and with no artificial colors, flavors, additives, preservatives or ingredients of any kind. They’re also baked in BRC and Halal (Kosher optional) certified facilities. So, you’re always assured of receiving the highest quality waffles no matter which size or packaging type you choose.
Frozen Dough balls are made for professional chefs and bakers; Pre-Baked Bulk Pack waffles are tailor made for food service, prepared foods and bakery departments; Individually Wrapped waffles are ideal for places like grab ‘n go retail environments and take-out coffee shops; Freezer Packs are for retail frozen food departments and Private Label is for large quantity buyers who want to use their own labels and/or perhaps want different recipes, flavors, sizes and packaging.
Chocolate Chip waffles in both Individually Wrapped and Pre-Baked Bulk Pack come in 30-piece and 24-piece shoe box size cases respectively. This allows customers to quickly sell through a case soon after opening it. Shelf lives are 18 months kept frozen from the date of production, 7-10 weeks at ambient temperature for Individually Wrapped and either 7-10 days at ambient temp for Bulk Pack Waffles left on their own, or 2-3 weeks for Bulk Pack Waffles defrosted from inside sealed plastic containers.
They also come in Large 125g/4.41 oz Frozen Dough balls, which come 130 piecesto a case and in Freezer Packs containing 4 Medium 60g/2.12 oz waffles which come with 12 such Freezer Packs in a case. Both types last 18 months kept frozen from the date of production.
