Steps

1Brew your coffee.
2Warm the waffle in a 350°F oven for 3–4 minutes. Warming re-crisps the caramelized pearl sugar, which is the whole point of a Liège waffle.
3Rest the waffle 1 minute before eating, since the sugar spots get very hot.
4Serve the waffle alongside the coffee.
